Welcome to Financial Underearners Anonymous. Here you will find a group of people who are striving to recover from Financial Underearning.
We define Financial Underearning as: not earning enough to afford all our needs, some of our wants, and to still have enough earnings left over to put into savings.
We are men and women who have felt perplexed as to why our earning power was not sufficient to help us achieve our financial goals in life.
We learned that education, social status, gender, race, socio-economic background, age, creativity or leadership qualities had not given us the edge to succeed and prosper in the same way others seemed able to do. No amount of willpower or individual effort led to the financial breakthroughs we sought.
Many people have experienced financial underearning alongside unemployment, underachieving, debting, vagueness with money, work or time; or the lack of goals, a vision or purpose in life.
Many of us have explored other 12 Step programs and have experienced recovery; however, higher levels of Financial Recovery always seemed just out of reach.
We realized that we had a disease that made us unemployable, damaged our work-ethic and diminished our earning power. In many cases, our members had given up hope of securing stable, sustainable and prosperous employment.
We struggled to find a Higher Power and a Fellowship that specifically supported our hope of getting a Job, healing our work-ethic, and developing our spiritual Earning Power.
Eventually we came together to heal as a group, within the fellowship of Financial UA. We learned that Recovery is a team sport rather than a solitary exercise.
By working the Twelve Steps and using the Tools and Spiritual Techniques of Financial UA we can, one day at a time, recover from the symptoms of our illness; prospering financially, spiritually and emotionally beyond our wildest dreams.
Our Primary Purpose in Financial UA is to connect with an Earning Power greater than ourselves that can restore us to Prosperity.
By building and nurturing a relationship with Earning Power, we can heal our own inner earning power. This allows us to channel our energy into getting a Job; creating wealth & prosperity; and supporting positive change in our lives and the lives of others.
